About the Course
The Scrum Master Transformation Program is a comprehensive, end-to-end journey designed to take candidates from novice to proficient Scrum Master. Structured across three key phases, the program blends foundational learning, hands-on experience, and practical job-preparation to ensure participants are fully equipped to succeed in Agile environments.
Learning Phase (4 weeks) – This certification-focused phase provides a deep dive into Agile principles and the Scrum framework. Participants gain foundational knowledge of Scrum roles, events, and artifacts, along with essential servant-leadership, facilitation, and team-collaboration skills.
Experiencing Phase (4 weeks) – During this hands-on phase, candidates apply what they’ve learned through real-world work experience and simulations. They practice removing impediments, fostering collaboration, coaching teams, and driving iterative delivery, developing confidence and competence in a live environment.
Applying Phase (4 weeks) – In the final phase, participants receive personalized coaching on job applications, resume building, and mock interviews. This ensures they are ready to step into Scrum Master roles with clarity, professionalism, and the practical skills to make an immediate impact.
By the end of the program, candidates are not only knowledgeable in Scrum principles but also skilled in practical application, ready to lead Agile teams effectively, influence stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes in any organizational context.
