Dr. Esuabom Dijemeni
Esuabom Dijemeni is a thought leader in Agile Transformation, Scaled Agility, and Technology / Data Innovation. He works closely with CxOs and C-Suite executives on Agile Transformation, Transformation Leadership, and Organization Agility. He drives agile transformation within data curation and data marketplace for the Strategic Target Operating Model (STOM) program at Legal and General Investment Management (LGIM) which covers data across over $1.4 trillion in assets under management. He was responsible for delivering a quantitative sustainable investment platform for managing over £3 billion assets under management for the Environmental Absolute Return Thematic Fund and Energy Transition Fund for the Environmental Strategies Group at BNP Asset Management. Prior to joining BNP, Esuabom received his PhD in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at Imperial College. He has designed, developed, and deployed innovative quantitative applications for the medical industry and finance industry through Python, SQL, R, MATLAB, C suite, and a variety of other data applications as well as been involved with machine learning and intelligent data-driven systems. He has worked for ICBC Standard Bank and Uhusiano Capital where he was involved with impact investment projects in Africa. He has a BSc in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Bristol and an MSc in Bioengineering & Medical Physics from Imperial College. In addition, he is a prominent Agile coach, Agile trainer, and Agile consultant. In his spare time, Esuabom loves endurance long-distance running, mentoring people on career transformation, networking with new people, and blogging.
