About the Role
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our team to optimise our value delivery process. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be driving our effort to optimise workflow efficiency and seemless value delivery.
Requirements
What you will do:
Accountable for establishing Kanban
Helping a new team understand Kanban theory and practices
Responsible for improving the team's effectiveness and Kanban practices
Leading and coordinating teams using Kanban method
Remove any barriers that may be preventing the team from working effectively
Facilitating communication between the team and stakeholders
Ensure alignment between team and different aspect of the organisation
Optimise team's workflow and value delivery process
Facilite kanban cadences
Ensuring work items flow
Facilitating change and continuous improvement
Requirements
At least 3 years of demonstrate experience in Agile & Lean
Experience in Kanban method as a Service Delivery Manager
Real demonstrable experience with Kanban
Experience with Agile tools - Atlassian ecosystem (Jira & Confluence), Miro, and Gliffy
Strong understanding of Lean principles and Kanban method
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and influence without direct authority
Certification as a Certified Kanban Practitioner
Experience working with technology teams
Continuous learner with a growth mindset
