I am Sonia Wike [Aspiring Delivery Manager / Scrum Master]. I am trying to become a Delivery Manager / Scrum Master within technology space. But I don't know how Scrum and Kanban can be applied on a technology product / project to drive business value by someone who just started learning and applying Scrum and Kanban Because most case studies I read online are done by very experienced Scrum and Kanban practitioner and not be early-stage Delivery Manager / Scrum Master Which makes me feel I am not good enough to become a Delivery Manager / Scrum Master within technology space. I desire to read case studies on business agility, data and technology by Delivery Manager / Scrum Master with less than 1 year

I don't see cases studies on how bootstrapped startups or resourced constrained startup like ours using Scrum or Kanban to improve business agility Which makes me feel Scrum or Kanban can't help improve our ability to innovate and improve our time to market and if we tried using Scrum or Kanban we might run out of cash. I desire to read cases studies on how early-stage startups using Scrum or Kanban to improve business value agility
