I’m so glad we had the chance to reconnect! I really don’t believe in coincidences. Unlike other classes or YouTube videos, you’ve shown me that Scrum is about so much more than just attending events ; its about the value optimising work flow and continuous improvement. I’ve learned that value comes from three places – the product, the team, and the individual.

What’s meant the most to me is realisng that improvement is ongoing and to celebrate the wins thats comes within a team. I’ve taken a few lessons from what you’ve shared and applied them to my own life, and I’m seeing the rewards of this practice. I also see that value isn’t just about work – it’s about connecting with the team outside the workplace too.

I’ll keep reading the Scrum Guide to deepen my understanding and will definitely send more questions your way 😄. I really appreciate being able to ask anything and having you explain it with real examples that make it easier to understand and remember.

I was a bit skeptical at first when you explained the course format: apply, research, then discuss since normally trainers just teach. But I can already see the value. I didn’t know much about Scrum before and I like how we’re encouraged to think for ourselves instead of being spoon-fed. I can see how this approach will help me solve problems at work in the rea world
