I relocated to Uk last year January for my LLM degree. While on my course I was looking for mentorship on switching career to tech and I was open about it on my LinkedIn profile.

E contacted me on LinkedIn, we talked about my career transitioning and how he can be of help in my journey. I was happy with what I heard from him and I started my journey on the platform has a Scrum master.

Then later on I was exposed to how a Scrum master can work in cross- functional team such as Product owner , Business Analyst and other development team.

I started having an interest in Business Analysis and I informed E which he encouraged me and also exposing me to practical work of BA while I also upskilling in my free time.

I optimised my LinkedIn profile and my resume through the coaching from E . I started applying for jobs, interviewing and getting messages from Recruiter.

I completed my study ending of January and this month I got a job with one of Uk big Bank as a Business Support Analyst.

It was not an easy journey, the job market is draining, I remember one time I told E that I don’t really know what the job market really want because the job requirement is unbelievable .

Thankful to God and coaching from E and this is just the beginning of greater height for me.
