When I began my coaching sessions in January 2025, I was filled with self-doubt. I've worked as a Business Analyst for five years, but I’d never had to actively job hunt—no interviews, no dealing with recruiters. The whole process felt so intimidating and unfamiliar, and I had no idea where to even begin. It was overwhelming, and I constantly questioned whether I was good enough.
